A bunch of tweaks and bug fixes, mostly related to the new route-maker.

• fixed map scale on zoom out
• confirmation for clearing routes that are longer than 3 points
• fixed date issue with some routes
• you can now create a point and immediately drag
• made joining routes better
• hide route stats because they don’t work
• fixed changing base map while making a route
• fixed cropping of controls when making route point near screen edge
